Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the new Board of Directors of JSC TGC-1 are elected

June 24, 2013 it was held the first meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC TGC-1 in the new structure, elected by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
The Board of Directors of JSC TGC-1 took the decision to elect the Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC TGC-1 Kirill Seleznev, Member of the Management, Head of the Department of Marketing, Gas Processing and Liquid Hydrocarbons of JSC Gazprom.
Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors was elected Denis Fedorov, General Director of LLC Gazprom Energoholing, General Director of JSC Centrenergoholding.
