Management of Serebryanskiye HPPs Cascade has moved from the village Tumanny to the city Kola

Management of Serebryanskiye HPPs Cascade of TGC-1 is located in Kola. Leaving the village Tumanny was the next stage of transition the cascade to shift method of operation.

Today employees are taken to their working places, provided by comfortable accommodation in a hotel of village and food.

"Shift work method has allowed us to solve the problems of recruitment. Unfortunately staff capacity in Tumanny has been exhausted, and it is impossible to motivate new experts for permanent residence in village. In 2014, the staff of Verhne-Teriberskaya HPP and Nizhne-Teriberskaya HPP will also work in such a way." — said the director of Serebryanskiye HPPs Cascade Igor Patsan.

Along with the transition to shift method the automation control of equipment continues. All the stations adopted in commercial operation system for the exchange of technological information with the automated system operator. It allows to receive full, fair and accurate information on all indicators of HPP in real time.
