The team of Kemskiye HPPs Cascade won the competition of operational staff of hydroelectric stations of JSC TGC-1 in 2013

Today summed up the five-day competition of operational staff of hydroelectric stations of JSC TGC-1, which took place in the village Murmashi. On the total score Kemskiye HPPs Cascade was the best.

All cascades of TGC-1 took part in competition. Ten teams took six steps, which included verification of knowledge of regulations, ability to make switching and to find errors in work, as well as demonstration of skills in fire extinguishing of power equipment and first aid. All simulated situations were as realistic as possible.

According to the leader of the winning team Roman Konev, head of operational services at Kemskiye HPPs Cascade, "the main thing in competitions and in work also is training, continuous learning and improvement of knowledge."

It is up to operating personnel actions the safe and reliable work of hydroelectric equipment, as well as how quickly the emergency situation is lifted. "In this competition in the first place company wins, —  said during the awarding director of Kolsky branch of JSC TGC-1 Alexander Antipov. — During all phases, we evaluated the level of professional skill of operatives, determined the best of the best. Such annual event is a big part of our program of staff training and the formation of personnel reserve.
