At Vasileostrovskaya CHPP JSC TGC -1 were held comprehensive exercises for oil spill response

On February 19, 2014 at Vasileostrovskaya CHPP JSC TGC-1 were held exercises for localization and liquidation of oil spills with managers and specialists, representatives of the Federal Fire Service Emergency Russia, ambulance and specialized rescue teams.
According to legend of the teachings, there is damage of the weld at the base of the fuel oil tank capacity of 2000 cubic meters (about 1,700 tons of fuel).
- We have seen well coordinated interaction between specialists of TGC-1 and involved organizations, - Deputy General Director for Corporate Protection of JSC TGC-1 Yury Marakin said. - As there is the possibility of emergencies, events like this are needed. Staff must always be ready for operational actions.
