JSC TGC-1 sums up the results of the public auction.

On 20 March 2014 at the Management Unit of JSC TGC-1, an auction was held to sell non-core assets of the company.

The auction featured 12 lots, including eight land plots in St. Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast. In addition, the auction exhibited unfinished constructions, buildings on the Oktyabrskaya embankment and the concrete products plant in the village of Petro-Slavyanka.

Applications for participation in the auction came from individuals and organizations, as well as sole traders.

As a result two lots were sold totalling over 43 million rubles (excluding VAT). The land plot in New Devyatkino with inner railroad tracks and the garage for cargo vehicles on the Oktyabrskaya embankment were sold at the auction.

Purchase and Sale Agreement between the winning bidders and JSC TGC-1 will be concluded within 15 working days.

- The company does not have many non-core assets left, they are gradually being sold off. Lots that did not find buyers at one auction are of interest in the next one, - says the head of the Department of Property Management of JSC TGC-1, Olga Maryankova. - The remaining items will be put up for auction in the summer of 2014. Among the assets featured in the auction will be some new objects.
