JSC TGC-1 continues the implementation of the programme

On July 24, 2014 a seminar dedicated to the development of a programme on improvement of efficiency of the operational activity of the Company for 2015-2017 took place in TGC-1.

The event was attended by the Company's executives, directors of CHPP of JSC TGC-1 and invited experts in the field of increasing the profitability of the energy companies.

During the seminar reports were presented on increasing the efficiency of production of electricity and heat and repair activities at the power plants. Consultants talked about strategies of optimizing the organizational structure of enterprises and centralization of the personnel's auxiliary functions.

"Such meetings provide an opportunity to discuss initiatives aimed at improving the profitability of CHPPs of JSC TGC-1. Together we are looking for new approaches to address pressing issues, get acquainted with the proposals for the introduction of innovative technologies," says the Deputy General Director for Development of JSC TGC-1 Eduard Lisitsky. "The opinions of colleagues will inform the development of the programme on improvement of efficiency of the operational activity of JSC TGC-1 for the next three years".
