The social project of JSC TGC-1 and JSC Saint Petersburg Heating Grid will represent St. Petersburg at the federal stage of the All-Russian competition in the field of energy efficiency and energy saving ENES

City children's drawing competition Say no to extra costs - save heat and light! (2013) was declared the winner of the regional stage of the first All-Russian competition of projects in the field of energy efficiency and energy saving (ENES).

The project, implemented by JSC TGC-1 and JSC Saint Petersburg Heating Grid, was announced the winner in the category Best regional comprehensive program of energy saving lifestyle.

Diplomas of Honor of JSC TGC-1 and JSC Saint Petersburg Heating Grid were presented to the authors at the Plenary Meeting State policy in the field of energy saving and energy efficiency of the Russian economy during the IV International Congress Energy saving and energy efficiency - development dynamics by the Chairman of the Committee on Energy and Engineering Support Andrey Bondarchuk.

"Overall 17 applications were received at the regional stage of the Competition. We chose the best ones from them," noted the Chairman of the Committee on Energy and Engineering Support Andrey Bondarchuk. "To achieve the best results, energy-saving measures should be carried out not only by the resource providing companies, the initiative should also come from the consumers. We are working on it - the city is implementing a number of programmes that promote the idea of efficient and economical attitude towards resources. Only through joint efforts we will be able to implement our plans and achieve real performance on energy saving".
The winners of the federal stage of the Competition will be announced and awarded as part of the third international forum Energy efficiency and energy saving ENES on 20-22 November 2014.
