Rating of the worst St. Petersburg city districts is updated

Following the monitoring of heat consumer debts in September and October 2014, JSC TGC-1 has updated its rating of the worst St. Petersburg city districts.

At the moment, the accounts receivable of consumers to JSC TGC-1 for heat supply amount to RUB 5.217 billion, of which RUB 4.523 million are overdue debts. Approximately 90% of overdue accounts receivable are owed by the housing and utility sector (RUB 4.080 million).

It is worth mentioning that while the total amount of overdue accounts receivable has remained close to the level of the previous year (less than 1% increase), for housing companies, the rate has increased by 9% (+ RUB 328 million).

The leaders in the rating of the worst St. Petersburg city districts by amounts of the overdue accounts receivable among the utility service providers are still the Kirovsky, Vasileostrovsky, and Tsentralny city districts.

The largest debt of Housing Cooperatives (HCs) and Housing Construction Cooperatives (HCCs) was registered in the Frunzensky and Vasileostrovsky city districts. This is where companies from the list of persistent defaulters are registered, whose claims and suits are being filed against and bankruptcy and receivership of which is possible.
