A new customer centre of the Heat Sales Department of the Karelskiy Branch of JSC TGC-1 welcomes residents in the centre of Petrozavodsk
In February 2015, a new customer centre of Heat Sales Department of the Karelskiy Branch of JSC TGC-1 started working.
From now on, the residents of the city and utility services providers can ask experts all questions about switching to the direct payments with JSC TGC-1 at the address: 10, Krasnaya St., central entrance, 7th floor.
“We welcome residents and consumers of heat and hot water in our new office at 10, Krasnaya St. from 8.00 to 16.00 with an hour lunch break from 12:30 to 13:30,” claims Vyacheslav Goncharov, the Head of Heat Sales Department of the Karelskiy Branch of JSC TGC-1. At present, we are preparing to form payments for heat and hot water. The first payment documents for residents of Petrozavodsk will be issued at the beginning of March 2015.
In the middle of March, JSC TGC-1 will hold an Open Day for the residents, the authorities’ representatives and the Administration of Petrozavodsk. All visitors will be able to meet with the directors of customer centre and find out about work of the company as the united heat supply organisation and also get an individual consultation of the leading experts on all the issues concerning housing and utility services payments.
We recall that since February 1, 2015, all residents and enterprises in Petrozavodsk will be charged for heat directly by JSC TGC-1.
JSC TGC-1 offers the Housing Management Company and Housing Cooperative to contact the Heat Sales Department regarding the regulation of contractual relations and inform about the facilities, their location and connected heat load.
