CHPP Operating Personnel Competition to be held at the Centralnaya CHPPН

In June 16-19, 2015, professional excellence competition among JSC TGC-1 CHPP specialists is held in St. Petersburg. There are ten teams from St. Petersburg, Murmansk, Leningrad and Murmansk Oblast competing.

"During JSC TGC-1 anniversary year we hold competitions for the tenth time", - remarked Head of HR at JSC TGC-1 Sergey Varzaev during the opening ceremony.  "Competitions allow the Company to evaluate professional excellence of operating personnel, while energy workers can show their best”.

There are nine stages of the Competition where participants can: demonstrate knowledge of occupational safety and regulatory documents, excellent boiler equipment management, first aid skills, and emergency response.

Energy workers will compete both at simulators and specially prepared grounds that allow to make challenges as realistic as possible.

"Operating Personnel Competition aims to train personnel and evaluate their professionalism, providing opportunity for all the participants to show their skills and knowledge, and become the best in their field", - noticed Victoria Plotnikova, Head of the TGC-1 Training Centre.
