TGC-1 specialists will answer to consumers' questions in social networks

JSC TGC-1 has launched TGC-1 for People platform in Vkontakte to directly communicate with consumers.

"On the community pages, you can find updates about public utilities and responses to pressing questions about payments for heat supply and hot water, as well as learn about the possibilities of switching to direct payments in the regions where the company operates", says Sergey Lapin, Director of Heat Sales Department at JSC TGC-1. "The new resource aims to provide a convenient format of information presentation and feedback to consumers”.

The plans are to regularly update Consumer Ratings, publish negative ratings of districts by level of debts for heat supply services, hold webinars and phone-in conversations with utilities specialists, as well as post useful infographics.  

Today JSC TGC-1 displays a map of managing companies in the Moskovskiy District, St. Petersburg, with the service areas of largest utilities providers marked.  Similar maps will soon be published for all regions of TGC-1 operation in TGC-1 for People Group.
