TGC-1 consumers will be able to pay for heat via SMS

Consumers that pay directly to JSC TGC-1 will be able to pay for heat and hot water by sending SMS using the Automatic Bill Payment service offered by Sberbank of Russia.

"Once they have connected the Automatic Bill Payment service, Sberbank customers will be be able to make monthly payments for heat supply services directly to TGC-1. With this option activated, the amount due will be automatically debited from the customer's account", Sergey Lapin, Head of Heat Sales Department, TGC-1.

All consumers in Petrozavodsk, Apatity, and Kirovsk in the Mumansk Oblast, and Kirovsk in the Leningrad Oblast, 75% of Murmansk residents and some consumers in St. Petersburg pay for heat supply directly to TGC-1.

The Automatic Bill Payment service is a safe and free way to pay as no commission fee is charged. The service can be activated in any Sberbank office, via Sberbank Online or at payment kiosks.

The service is available in St. Petersburg, Leningrad Oblast, Kaliningrad, Murmansk, Novgorod, and Pskov Oblasts, and in the Republic of Karelia. More detailed information on the Automatic Bill Payment service is available at the website.
