JSC TGC-1 and JSC Murmanskaya CHPP take part in the Career night in Murmansk

On October 16, 2015, JSC TGC-1 and JSC Murmanskaya CHPP took part in the Career night in Murmansk that is an alternative recruitment fair. The company offered the most relevant jobs at energy enterprises.

 “Heat and hydroelectric power plants are spread over the whole territory of Murmansk Oblast. People with expertise in different fields and different qualifications are required to carry out the operation of these facilities. Thanks to the Career night, we could tell job seekers about employment requirements and prospects for advancement in our companies,” remarked Svetlana Sizonenko, Administrative Director, the Kolskiy Branch, TGC-1 and Murmanskaya CHPP. 

During the event, the round table discussion between employees and educational institutions was held. The parties discussed the opportunities for joining efforts for training new specialists. 

 “In our company, we launch projects aimed at the collaboration with universities and technical schools including the thesis contest, сooperation in developing new research, conducting practical training, organising open lectures and career days. Only under close collaboration, employers and universities can train qualified and required employees,” added Svetlana Sizonenko.

In Murmansk Oblast, JSC TGC-1 and JSC Murmanskaya CHPP employ over 2,000 people.
