Biographical Background
In 1992, graduated from the Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance with a degree in Statistics.
From 1995 through 2003, started working as Financial Economist and grew to Head of contract management, expenses and obligations of Department of Economics and Finances of SUE Vodokanal of St. Petersburg
From 2003 through 2014, worked as Manager at Department of Economics of the Directorate for Service, Senior Manager of the Regional Department No. 1, Lead Economist at Sales Directorate, Head of Analytical Department of OJSC Power Machines.
From 2014, Deputy Head of Financial Department of JSC TGC-1.
