Residents of 95 apartment houses on Vasilyevsky Island decided to pay for heating directly to the provider

In July 2016 over 3.5 thousand residents of Vasilyevsky Island have voted for direct payment and now will receive separate heating bills. JSC TGC-1 will be stated as recipient of funds in the bills.

“The owners should note that now heating should be paid under a separate bill, the combined bills will not include the items for hot water (individual consumption) and heating”, stated Sergei Lapin, the Head of Heating Sales Department of JSC TGC-1. –“Direct payments are currently the most proper way to increase transparency and payments collection.”

Separate bills can be paid fee-free in JSC Sberbank of Russia, CJSC Petroelektrosbyt, JSC Otkrytie Bank and FSUE Russian Post.

Residents should contact Facility Manager to change for direct payments.
