TGC-1 became a public joint stock company

On August 1, 2016 the renaming of joint stock company JSC TGC-1 into public joint stock company PJSC TGC-1 was completed.
The change of the legal form of the company is reflected in the new edition of the Charter, approved on June 20 by the Annual General Shareholder Meeting and registered on August 1, in accordance with the legislation.
