On August 2, 2016 Oleg Shkurov was appoointed as the Director of Vyborgskaya CHPP of JSC TGC-1.
Oleg Valeryevich was born in Leningrad in 1977.
In 2000 he received the diploma of the St. Petersburg State Marine Technical University with a degree in Ship Power Plants.
In 1997 he began working for JSC Lenenergoremont as a mechanic repairing gas and steam turbine equipment.
From 1999 to 2002 he was an engineer-inspector at the Red October CHPP and the JSC North-West CHPP.
From 2002 to 2005 - Deputy Chief of Operation of Vyborgskaya CHPP.
From 2005 to 2006 - Deputy Chief of the boiler-turbine plant of Vyborgskaya CHPP of JSC TGC-1.
From 2006 to 2008 headed the Leningrad RED, the service of power modes and balances for JSC SO UPS.
From 2008 to 2016 - Chief Engineer of Severnaya CHPP of the Nevskiy Branch of JSC TGC-1.
