PJSC TGC-1 HPPs Operating Staff Competition to Take Place in Murmashi

On August 29, 2016 PJSC TGC-1 Operating Staff Competition, involving employees from all the regions of the Company operation, started in the Kolskiy Branch. Nine teams from the Murmansk Region, Leningrad Region and the Republic of Karelia will take part in the four days’ competition.

— This competition is very important for staff training in terms of improving accident-free operation of power plants. It helps to estimate professional skills, team spirit and comradery of the employees, — Stanislav Nazarov, Deputy General Director – Director of the Kolskiy Branch of PJSC TGC-1 said.

The participants will undergo six stages: fire and emergency drills, first aid and life support, routine switching, knowledge of standard documentation and skills to detect violations of safety regulations.
