PJSC TGC-1 concluded an agreement with Subarctic educational establishments

PJSC TGC-1 Kolskiy Branch concluded cooperation agreements with educational establishments of Murmansk Region. Murmansk Arctic State University (branch in Apatity), Murmansk State Technical University, Momot Murmansk college of construction and Kandalaksha industrial college will be in charge of personnel training for power industry.

Key areas for cooperation shall be personnel training for CHPPs and HPPs, internships at power facilities, scientific research.

— Cooperation between employers and educational establishments enhances skills and knowledge of graduates, provides an opportunity for students to correspond the enterprises’ requirements for qualification and specialization to get employed successfully, meets industry demand for skilled employees and engineers greatly sought-after nowadays, — said Svetlana Sizonenko, the Administrative Director of PJSC TGC-1 Kolskiy branch.

For students and young professionals joining the company there is onboarding and coaching system that allows to impart knowledge and experience regarding specific equipment operation, create an environment for development of expertise, constantly improve the level of proficiency. 

Under cooperation agreements the Regional Standard of Staffing Support to Industrial Growth shall be introduced, it was developed by the Agency for strategic initiatives of Russia to transform the professional training system based on international standards.
