St. Petersburg holds the round table dedicated to the heat energy debts

28 October 2016

On October 28, the round table on heat receivables was held in St. Petersburg. Power specialists of TGC-1 and SUE TEC St. Petersburg invited the heads of the city districts to participate in the dialogue.

Sergey Lapin, the Head of Heat Sales Department, TGC-1, shared his experience of cooperation with management companies of all districts:

"This complex problem of debts can be solved by combined efforts only. Today major debtors are housing and public utilities. As of October 1, 2016, the total debt of the management company owed to the TGC-1 comprises RUB 5.09 billion, which is by 622 million less than in the previous year. Nevertheless, we indicate a positive trend in the Kalininsky, the Kirovsky and the Krasnogvardeysky districts. Power specialists and district representatives discussed the reasons of debts and ways of cooperation in solving this problem.”
