Roman Kartoshkin was appointed Chief Engineer of the Karelsky Branch

Roman Kartoshkin was appointed Chief Engineer of the Karelsky Branch. 

In 1994, Roman Kartoshkin graduated from St. Petersburg State Transport University with major in Electricity Supply. 

From 1996 to 2008, he worked at the Vyg HPPs Cascade as a charge engineer of Matkozhnenskaya HHP, foreman of group 1, and later became the Head of Vygostrovskaya HPP and Belomorskaya HPP.

From 2009, he has been the Deputy Head, Head of Electric Service of the Karelsky Branch Administration of TGC-1.
