Energy industry workers and baliffs of St. Petersburg conducted a joint Travelling Without Debts campaign

On 26 December 2018 in Pulkovo representatives of TGC-1 took part in the information campaign Travelling Without Debts together with employees of the Federal Bailiff Service and JSC Petroelektrosbyt.

Through the course of the campaign each passenger had an opportunity to check for outstanding debts. Those who regularly and in a timely manner pay for utilities, received souvenirs as a gift. Meanwhile, debtors had an opportunity to quickly pay a debt to travel unhindered.

"In the past year, there have been significant changes in the legislation related to the introduction of direct contracts between residents and suppliers of resources. In these conditions, payment discipline even more affects the ability of resource-supplying organizations to carry out investment programmes and confidently pass the heating season in our city," said Sergey Lapin, Director of the Heat Sales Department of TGC-1. "Such actions allow to remind residents of the city about the need for timely payment of utility bills and the consequences of the debt."
