TGC-1 Passed Energy Management System Certification

TGC-1 PJSC has successfully passed the certification process for the compliance with ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management Systems requirements.

The Certifying Authority has noted a high professional level of the Company’s managers and engineers and has certified that the documents are in compliance with the general requirements for energy management systems.

In accordance with Gazprom’s corporate policies, TGC-1 takes consistent action in order to improve energy efficiency, save natural energy resources and reduce emissions at its production sites. Much attention is also paid to increasing the employees’ level of skills, motivation in the rational use of energy resources and involvement in the activities to continually upgrade the energy efficiency and energy saving management system.

The Company will continue the efforts and is going to maintain the energy management system, improve the process operations, and search for alternative solutions and best practices to ensure greater energy efficiency.

It enables organizations to develop a strategy to improve energy efficiency, reduce costs and make their operations more environmentally friendly, with greater investment attractiveness being a significant advantage of an energy management system.
