Svetogorskaya HPP new unit is working

New Svetogorskaya HPP 30.5 MW hydraulic unit #4 passed tests and was set into operation on 29 November, 2011.
Modern technologies allowed to set into operation new Svetogorsk turbine from TGC-1 headquarter in St. Petersburg 180 kilometres away from the Svetogorsk city.
This is the 5th unit at the Vuoksa HPPs Cascade, renovated within the complex refurbishment project (2007-2013).
