On October 16, 2015, JSC TGC-1 and JSC Murmanskaya CHPP took part in the Career night in Murmansk that is an alternative recruitment fair. The company offered the most relevant jobs at energy enterprises.

JSC TGC-1 2014 Annual Report and IR-page of the Company website were among the leaders of the Annual Corporate Websites and Interactive Annual Reports Contest sponsored by The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of St. Petersburg.

On 15 October, 2015, based on the conclusions of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation Committee, JSC TGC-1 received an availability certificate for 2015-2016 autumn-winter period.

On October 7, 2015, JSC TGC-1 had an award ceremony for the winners of the Real Energy competition for reporters, photographers, and bloggers at the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum.

On October 5, 2015, a book entitled Ahead of the Time: a Photo Record of the Power Sector in the Northwest was presented in the new building of the National Library of Karelia. The book was published with the support of JSC TGC-1 in the year of its 10th anniversary. The meeting was attended by working energy professionals, industry veterans, and delegates of the Blockade Leningrad society in Petrozavodsk.

Due to low air temperature on October 5, 2015, St. Petersburg Committee on Energy and Utilities signed the directive to start the heating season.

October 2 to 10, 2015, residents and visitors of St. Petersburg will be able to take part in Power Petersburg tours and visit landmarks in history of the city and the domestic energy.

Today in St. Petersburg, on the initiative of JSC TGC-1, a memorial sign dedicated to the first Russia's power plant was installed.

October 01, 2015, the Russian National Library hosted a presentation of the book "Ahead of Time: The History of the Northwest Energy Industry in Pictures", dedicated to the history of the regional electrification.

In 2015, the anniversary of 130 years since the start of the electrification of the Hermitage was celebrated. In honour of the commemorative date, an agreement on cooperation between JSC TGC-1 and the State Hermitage Museum was signed in the Council Hall of the State Hermitage on September 30, 2015.
