The Annual General Shareholders Meeting of TGC 1 took place on 6 June 2018. Shareholders approved the Company's Annual Report and consolidated financial results for 2017, including the Company's P&L Statements and profit distribution for 2017.

The General Director of TGC-1 Alexey Barvinok and the Governor of Leningrad Oblast Aleksandr Drozdenko have signed a cooperation agreement on implementation of the wind farm construction project.

TGC-1 releases interim unaudited consolidated Financial Statements for the 3 months period, ended 31 March 2018 prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

TGC-1 published its 3 months 2018 financial statements under the Russian Accounting Standards (RAS).

On 27 April 2018, the round table Relevant Issues of Consumer Affairs on the Energy Market arranged by TGC-1 was held in the framework of the Russian International Energy Forum in St. Petersburg.

Electricity output of TGC-1, including PJSC Murmanskaya CHPP, for Q1 2018 comprised 8,817.8 million kWh, which is 16.7% more than for the same period of 2017.

On 21–22 March 2018, the power specialists of TGC-1 and the Kolsky RED held a meeting with the Finnish partners, representatives of INERGIA OY at the Finnish municipality of Inari.
