OJSC TGC-1 releases its abbreviated interim unaudited consolidated Financial Statements for the 3 months period, ended March 31, 2015 prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

On 14 May 2015, pursuant to an Order from the Petrozavodsk District Municipal Administration, the Petrozavodskaya CHPP of JSC TGC-1 - the basic enterprise of the heat supply system of Petrozavodsk switched to summer operational mode.

On May 14, 2015 within the framework of the weekly visiting facilities of the city's Public Utilities and Fuel and Energy facility Igor Albin, vice-governor, and the leaders of committees supervised by him visited the Central CHPP of JSC TGC-1 which is a key power engineering facilities of St. Petersburg providing the energy supply to the historic centre.

More than 20 veterans who have worked for energy companies which are now included in the Gazprom Energoholding group took part in the celebrations for energy workers, held in Moscow on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Victory.

JSC TGC-1 released the results for the Company’s thermal power plants, which supplied heat to the residents, businesses and companies of St Petersburg and the Leningrad Oblast during the 2014-2015 autumn-winter period.

On 6 May 2015, as a tribute to the heroism of the defenders of the besieged Leningrad, representatives from the council of veterans and the youth activists council at JSC TGC-1 laid flowers at the memorials "Sinyavino Heights" and "Nevskiy Pyatachok".

Today TGC-1 announced its 1Q 2015 financial statements under the Russian Accounting Standards (RAS).

The amount of electricity generated by the power plants of TGC-1, including the Murmanskaya CHPP, totaled 7,495.5 million kWh in the 1st quarter 2015, 3.0 per cent down from the same period last year.

On 17 April 2015, the ceremony of awarding the winners of the Crystal drop competition was held. According to the results of 2014, JSC TGC-1 was nominated as the best customer of the SUE Vodokanal of St. Petersburg among the heating supply companies.
