JSC “TGC-1” releases its audited consolidated Financial Statements for the period ended December 31, 2010 prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
TGC-1 will publish its unaudited financial report under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for 2010 year on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 and hold a conference-call for investors and analysts to discuss Company’s performance for FY 2010.
St. Petersburg, March 1, 2011 — Pervomayskaya CHP starts operation according to the agreement signed on the submission of capacity. This is the pilot 180 MW CCGT unit 180MW passed pre-commissioning performance tests in October, 2010.

TGC-1 announces that it successfully finished pre-commissioning testing of a new 29.5MW hydraulic unit at Lesogorskaya hydroelectric power plant (HPP) of Vuoksa cascade in the Leningrad region. The main equipment and automatic control system of the new turbine have worked in a normal mode during the tryout. Currently the final tune-up is underway at the station as it readies for a start of commercial operation.
