At a regular meeting, the TGC-1 Board of Directors reviewed the report on the activities of TGC-1 in 2012 and recommended that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders approve the financial reports of the Company for 2012.

April 18, 2013 meeting of the Legislative Assembly of Leningrad region and the editors of regional mass media was held on Dubrovskaya CHPP.

April 18, 2013 at the Russian International Energy Forum a press conference was held. It was dedicated to the development of integrated learning centers in the field of energy efficiency on the basis of the federal state educational institutions.

April, 17 Russian International Energy Forum opened in Lenexpo. Just like the XX anniversary exhibition Power and Electrical Engineering. The general partner of the event is LLC Gazprom Energoholding, which united on its stand the exposure of three subsidiaries — TGC-1, OGC-2 and Mosenergo.

April 7, 2013 the final stage of youth competitions in ski racing for the Cup of Kolsky branch JSC TGC-1 was held in Zelenoborsky. Finals consisted of 4 races and was most difficult for participants. Teams of 4 people had to pass the baton to a distance of 1.5 to 3.5 km depending on the age group.

April 3, 2013 at Verhne-Svirskaya HPP large-scale exercises were held as part of the annual pass of flood waters through hydroelectric stations. During training possible fire and stop of hydroelectric power plant has been worked, as well as approach of floes to the station, diving of team and first aid to the victims.

It was started the supply of main equipment in the framework of the investment project of Iovskaya HPP reconstruction. The impeller camera for hydraulic #1 was delivered on Iovskaya HPP from factory Pelfa in Udine (Italy).

JSC TGC-1 fully transferred the Electric Station #2 of Centralnaya CHPP for water supply system of Vodokanal St. Petersburg. After the reconstruction of in-pipe lines and equipment at the oldest power plants in Petersburg the priority project finished. It ran in the framework of TGC-1’s program to improve the quality and reliability of heat supply. All the CHPPs were switched on potable water.

March 27, 2013 the oldest thermal power station in Leningrad region, Dubrovskaya CHP, celebrates its 80th anniversary.

The Gazprom Management Committee took note of the information concerning the power generating assets development strategy as well as the efficiency indicators of the Company's investments into power generating facilities in Russia and abroad.
