On July 15, 2014 the Public Environmental Council meeting was held in Petrozavodsk with the participation of public environmental organizations and local residents. By majority vote the Council members recommend JSC TGC-1 to continue the work on modernization of heating grids in the center of Petrozavodsk along the Anokhina Street, in accordance with the design documentation.

In Saint Petersburg the JSC TGC-1 summer programme on overhaul repair of core and auxiliary equipment is being implemented in the CHPPs.

In connection with the emerged comments JSC TGC-1 and JSC PhosAgro inform that they are continuously involved in the modernization of the heat supply system and improvement of the quality of water supply to the cities of Kirovsk and Apatity of the Murmansk Oblast.

July 3, 2014 it was held the first meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC TGC-1 in the new structure, elected by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company at June 16, 2014.

On July 4, 2014 a meeting of the Expert Technical Council of Gazprom Energoholding LLC was held at the Pravoberezhnaya CHPP of JSC TGC-1.

June 24, 2014 General Meeting of Shareholders "Murmansk HPP" held. Company's annual report for 2013 and annual financial statements were approved by the Company.

On June 16 2014, the JSC TGC-1 Annual General Shareholders Meeting was held.

Gala events were held today in St. Petersburg to mark the commissioning of a state-of-the-art power-engineering facility – 110/6 kV indoor switchgear equipment at the Centralnaya CHPP.

JSC TGC-1 is constantly working to reduce environmental impact and promote environmentally efficient technologies.

On June 2, 2014, an extended meeting of working group on the matters of energy supply of the Murmansk Oblast took place at the Kolskiy Branch of JSC TGC-1 under the supervision of the Minister of Energy Industry of Russia, Alexey Texler.
