TGC-1 publishes its financial report for the first 3 months of 2013, prepared in accordance with Russian Accounting Standards.

The Board of Directors of JSC TGC-1 have made a decision on convening the Company shareholders' Annual General Meeting. The meeting will be held on 17 June 2013 in Saint Petersburg.

TGC-1 publishes its results of operational activities for the first quarter of 2013.

JSC TGC-1 is conducting a series of activities Energy Without Danger as part of the All-Russian lessons on Life Safety.

April 18, 2013 at the Russian International Energy Forum a press conference was held. It was dedicated to the development of integrated learning centers in the field of energy efficiency on the basis of the federal state educational institutions.

April, 17 Russian International Energy Forum opened in Lenexpo. Just like the XX anniversary exhibition Power and Electrical Engineering. The general partner of the event is LLC Gazprom Energoholding, which united on its stand the exposure of three subsidiaries — TGC-1, OGC-2 and Mosenergo.

April 7, 2013 the final stage of youth competitions in ski racing for the Cup of Kolsky branch JSC TGC-1 was held in Zelenoborsky. Finals consisted of 4 races and was most difficult for participants. Teams of 4 people had to pass the baton to a distance of 1.5 to 3.5 km depending on the age group.
