The Annual General Shareholders Meeting of TGC-1 took place on 22 June 2020. The shareholders approved the Company's annual report for 2019, accounting (financial) statements for 2019, including the Company's P&L statements for 2019.
On June 10, 2020, Denis Fedorov, the General Director of Gazprom Energoholding, and Andrey Chibis, the Governor of the Murmansk Region, inspected the operation of the Serebryansky HPPs during the flood.
TGC-1 decommissioned the hydroelectric generating unit No. 1 of the Verkhne-Tulomskaya HPP for subsequent dismantling and upgrade. Power engineers will upgrade its core equipment, as well as control and adjustment systems.
