The Annual General Shareholders Meeting of TGC-1 took place on 18 June 2021. The shareholders approved the Company's annual report for 2020, accounting (financial) statements for 2020, including the Company's P&L statements for 2020.
Within the 2021 Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum, TGC-1 PJSC and PhosAgro PJSC signed a cooperation agreement relating to the proof of origin of generated and consumed electricity.
