Upgrade of Centralnaya CHPP

Centralnaya CHPP is a key power facility in the city of Saint Petersburg and, practically, the single source of electricity for the old city.

The electric power plant provides operation of the underground, the city government and administration facilities, a number of hospitals and educational institutions. The source of heat power for industrial, housing and public facilities of the Central, Admiralteisky, Moskovsky and Frunzensky Districts of St. Petersburg with the population over 500 thousand persons.
